Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your RIISE Shop purchase and hope you will use it for a long time. We encourage you to contact us via our live chat or contact@riise.shop ahead of placing an order if you have any queries regarding colour, size or suitability. If you do place an order and change your mind or for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return or exchange a product. All items need to be in brand new, unused and saleable condition with any original tags attached. Any returns/exchanges that do not meet our Returns Policy will not be accepted. All exchanges are subject to availability. Please note that fragrance, nail polish and candles are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please visit our returns portal to lodge a return or exchange. To submit a return or exchange you will need to enter your order number, select the product you would like to return and the reason of your return or exchange. Should you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@riise.shop.

How should I pack my return/exchange?

To minimise waste, we encourage you to reuse the RIISE Shop packaging when sending any items back for a return or exchange. Please ensure any other materials (such as jewellery boxes or sunglass cases) that came with your order are included.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

RIISE Shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by RIISE Shop to be defective. For all other cases (including change of mind and incorrect fit), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking service when returning the product; RIISE Shop cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered items.

Do you carbon offset returns?

We do! RIISE Shop will offset any emissions generated through returns and exchange postage.

How do I know you’ve received my return/exchange?

You will be notified by email when your return/exchange has been received and has been deemed to be in brand new, unused and saleable condition. If you have requested an exchange, you will be notified by email when your new item has been dispatched.

How will I receive my refund?

You can choose to receive your refund either as RIISE Shop store credit or back to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Original shipping costs (and any local custom fees for DAP Deliveries) are non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must comply with our Returns Policy. We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

  • All products must be returned in a brand new, unused and saleable state with all brand tags and protective materials attached. Any packaging and accessories specific to the item (such as jewellery boxes or sunglass cases) must also be included. We will not accept any returns that have been worn.
  • Footwear must be returned with dust bag (if applicable) and in the original, intact shoe box. When trying on footwear, we kindly ask that you stand on a carpeted surface to ensure the soles remain in pristine condition.
  • Fragrance, nail polish and candles are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
  • Skincare, haircare and beauty products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging with tamper seals and wrapping
  • Underwear and swimsuits must be returned with the protective adhesive strip attached. For hygiene purposes, these items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.
  • Jewellery must be returned to us unworn and with all branded packaging intact including presentation box, protective packaging and any designer cards or tags.
  • Face masks are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene purposes unless the item is deemed by RIISE Shop to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Your return/exchange item must be received back within 14 days of you originally receiving the order. Returns/exchanges received outside of this window may be accepted at our discretion.
  • We have made every reasonable effort to truthfully depict all products on RIISE Shop through item descriptions and photography that best represents the item’s colour, however we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
  • Please note Returned From Love does not accept returns or exchanges.
