Beginning as a lingerie brand more than two decades ago, Araks is centred around making women feel empowered in their own skin. A deep love of colour informs designer Araks Yeramyan’s approach and aesthetic. All of the garments are designed and made locally in New York City in materials that are built to stand the test of time: upcycled and organic cotton, plant-dyed organic linen, regenerated nylon, recycled mesh, washed silk and zero-waste stretch lace. Excess fabric is kept after each season and repurposed into future collections.
