A lifelong appreciation for adornment and a fascination with form was sparked in Jasmin Sparrow when rummaging through her grandmothers jewellery box as a child. She went on to formally study the craft in Wellington and later established her label, Jasmin Sparrow. The New Zealand brand honours its surroundings through organic, sculptural shapes that nod to those found in nature. Think dazzling rings inspired by waves and earrings that mimic the shape of shells. All of the pieces are made from recycled metals and feature stones sourced from mines committed to ethical practices, as well as baroque sea pearls that look as though they’ve been plucked straight from the ocean. Beautiful, bespoke and a study in contradictions, Jasmin Sparrow’s pieces are created to be treasured and passed down to future generations.
