With its feminine aesthetic, Dominique Healy is an Australian womenswear brand designed and made in Melbourne. Featuring wrap dresses, floaty blouses and bias cut skirts, the majority of the pieces are made at the label’s in-house studio with the remainder manufactured in an accredited local factory. Key styles are reinterpreted in different fabrics, with a focus on deadstock materials like luxurious Japanese silks and natural fibres including flax linen. Working in the textile industry for years encouraged founder Dominique Healy to think deeply about sustainability and as such she is dedicated to minimising resource consumption while supporting local production.
